A Birthday Present

At the very beginning of April it was my mother's birthday. Obviously, I needed to find a special present for the most special person, but this problem was harder to solve than I thought. I remembered that mother adores my drawings, and she always asks me to paint something special for her. Deciding to make my first portrait, I risked to take a chance and draw my mother in pencil. This is the final result of my six-day intense work. In order to finish this in time, I took the drawing and my pencils at school, and drew during each break.This is the original photo, after which I led.

Of course, my mother loved this drawing, and put it in our gallery above the staircase.It was very nice to see that you have pleased the person you love the most working so hard on a drawing! It is incredible that such a simple, but full of emotions thing, may become a real surprise and the best present!
