Cooking: Most Simple Almond Cookies!
I haven't written for a while on my blog, I decided to come up with a new, extremely tasty and very simple recipe: Almond Cookies!
This is a very old and experimented recipe, that can be easily memorized and applied. The proportions are 1:1:1. It means that you need 100g of sugar, 100g of almond powder and 100g of unsalted soft butter. That's all! If you want a bigger portion, put 200 or 300 or how many grams do you want of each ingredient. They must be in equal quantity. Let's get started!
Mix the soft butter with the sugar until you get a homogeneous cream...
...like this.
Add the almond powder to the butter cream and mix it very good with a spoon.
Put a teaspoon of the almond-butter paste on little parchment forms, or in baking forms for muffins.
Bake the Cookies 10-12 minutes on low temperature. 160 degrees C will be enough. Be careful, try not to burn them up...as did I!
I added some raspberry jam, buttercream and some mint leaves to give them a more delicious summer aspect. Although I burned them a little bit, this dessert came out really nice! Try it! It is a very simple recipe that gives you a complicated combination of flavors.
Bon Appetit!
