Association Promo-Lex, one of the NGOs that monitors the early elections of 29 July 2009, issued today, at 18.00hrs it second report. Out of 34 infringements reported by them in their second report, seven are mentioning problems with the misuse of mobile ballot boxes, which is a matter that involves more voters (the report is in Romanian, however, see cases no.6, 7, 17, 22, 28, 29 and 31).
