II. Conference and HackDays on semantic technologies in libraries
On 10-11 May 2012 the conference “Semantic technologies in libraries: from
text to structure – from words to meaning” will be hosted by the Research
Library in Olomouc, Czech Republic. The second EOD HackDays and an open
post-conference meeting of the eBooks on Demand (EOD) network will also be
held.
Under digitisation projects, thousands of pages with automatically recognised
full text are produced. The aim of the conference is to explore the ways how
to add value to this rich source material with semantic web technologies in

EOD HackDays welcome all the coders and thinkers wishing to brainstorm over
