I received a letter from the CFA Institute last week with some proxy materials. What struck me though was that the envelope had a stamp on it saying "MISSENT TO ST.KITTS". Now, how does a letter marked "International Priority Airmail" get missent to St. Kitts instead of Moldova, Republic Of, as was clearly stated on the envelope?
