Too much of a temptation, having just arrived in Paris, with the Eiffel Tower and Avenue Montage as neighbours, to not leave the apartment as soon as we’ve settled our stay. Empty stomach and a cold in its “final” stage don’t matter, my whole body is just overwhelmed with excitement.
And when you know there is a lot of walking on the list, the only shoes choices are: sneakers or brogues. I am fulfilling my commitment to [comfortable] flat shoes this season, as a sign of protest against painful cramps! All hidden under my “panda” baby-blue coat from my Ukrainian designer friend Yasya, I am eager to explore the area, and find myself a good croissant provider for my morning coffee.
