Content, whether it’s published on paper or online, should always serve the reader. People buy books, newspapers, magazines, and online documents because they want to find useful and relevant information that will satisfy their personal or professional needs.
Think about serving your content the same way as serving food in a restaurant. People walk in to a restaurant to satisfy their need for food, and they access your content to satisfy their need for information. If your content doesn’t prove to be useful, nor relevant, the readers may not want to buy it again, and you may need to fire your chef author.
