Nicolae Ceban, originar din Ermoclia, Ștefan Vodă (Rep.Moldova), a avut un accident pe calea ferată. În accidentul din 2000, Nicolae a rămas fără mâini și fără picioare. De atunci, viața lui s-a schimbat radical. De la stat primește doar o pensie de 135 de lei și nu poate supraviețui cu acești bani. Părinții sunt și ei în vârstă și nu pot să-l ajute.

After that his life has been radically changed. He receives disability benefits of 10 dollars a month. He lives in parent’s house but they can’t give him financial support, because they are old.
