Chocolate Cupcake:
♥ - 125 g softened butter
♥ - 150 g sugar
♥ - 2 eggs
♥ - 100 g flour
♥ - 50 g cocoa powder
♥ - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Put the butter, sugar, eggs, fluor, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl and beat with a mixer for
about a minute, until light and creamy.
Vanilla Cupcake:
♥ - 150 g softened butter
♥ - 150 g sugar
♥ - 175 g flour
♥ - 3 eggs
♥ - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk for 1-2 minutes until light and creamy.
Bake both types of cupcakes in a preheated oven, 180* C, for 20minutes, or until risen and firm to
the touch.
