“Un cocostarc s-a dus la descocostarcarie, unde se descocostarcareau si alti cocostarci nedescocostarcariti, ca sa se descocostarcareasca de cocostarcaria lui”.

With this fraze i started the diction lesson for teens in the FRCCF Center where i am working. As i mentioned in my other posts, i am not an expert in the things i say to them, in the trainings i deliver. I just know them better than they do. From the news lesson, we agreed that they need some diction lessons and that i will bring frazes that helped and still helping me a lot. 40 sentences. A LOT, not for the whole lesson, but most of them are for home exercising.

We started by reading them all. 2 per person. And we stoped at difficult words to repeat them, write them on the boar till we can pronounce them corectly and entirely. The most difficult were “descocostircarie” and “prepelita pestrita”.But we managed to learn them and even after the lesson  when teens are asked to pronounce them, they do it without any pronounciation problem.

After that, we started pronouncing the whole sentence with one of our hands between belly and thorax. It was so funny. We enjoyed it, but also learned a lot,

I did an output for them with all the frazes. They promised to exercise. If they don’t, than or i wasn’t that convincing or they are just not that motivated to do it.

All till now.

Say tuned.

Yours,

Oliandra
