În această campanie electorală practic nu s-a vorbit despre importanța votului celor plecați peste hotare, dar a căror cuvânt, cred eu, poate răsturna buturuga mare. Mai mult, am descoperit recent că unii, care ar dori să voteze, nu prea știu unde să o facă. Și asta tot din lipsă de informare. Drept dovadă este un mesaj pe care l-am primit aseară de la o concetățeancă din Franța. Citiți-l.
„Sunt stabilită în Franța de 4 ani. Sunt un cetatean destul de constiincios si votez de fiecare data, cu toate ca stau la Rennes, care e la 400 km de Paris. Deci cheltuielile de drum (foarte scump, dus-intors ma costa mai mult de 100 de euro) le suport eu. Cand am fost ultima data la ambasada (vara, ca sa perfectez cateva documente) am vazut afise pe usi in care se spunea ca incepand cu 1 iulie (sau1 august) ambasada isi schimba sediul. Atunci nu am retinut adresa noua, nu aveam nevoie. Acum, in legătură cu votarea care se apropie, trebuie să aflu unde e. Plec duminica la Paris ca să votez. Am cautat pe internet sa aflu adresa noua, dar nu am gasit-o! Adresa veche e 1 rue de Sfax. Deci, daca dai pe google.fr „ambassade moldavie” – gasesti adresa veche.
Am accesat si http://www.mfe.org/index.php/content/view/full/31231/%28country%29/MOLDAVIE, dar site-ul moldovenesc e in constructie. Am ceva timp de cand caut, dar nu am gasit nimic. M-am dus pe alt site, un fel “telefonnii spravochnik” – pages jaunes, dar aici gasesc doua adrese diferite, in doua parti complet diferite ale Parisului http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/trouverlesprofessionnels/rechercheClassique.do?portail=PJ
In fine, am bilet deja cumparat, o adresa veche si doua noi. Va trebui, probabil, sa ma plimb prin Paris toata ziua in cautare aambasadei Moldovei. Cred ca cei responsabili ar trebui sa aiba grija ca cetatenii sa gaseasca amabasada, nu? Ma intreb cum fac altii, sau de exemplu acei care vin pentru documente, etc. ? Si tot cu aceasta ocazie ma mai intreb daca nu e facuta cumva chestia asta special ca lumea sa fie pierduta si sa nu vina la vot? Sper ca nu e chiar asa, dar sunt foarte revoltata.
Iti multumesc mult pentru rabdarea de a citi acest mesaj lung si sper ca informatia asta sa te intereseze.”
Da, mă interesează, mai cu seamă când aflu că cei care trebuie să meargă la vot nu știu unde o pot face. Evident, unii pot spune că cea care mi-a semnalizat problema putea să acceseze siteul MAEIE al RM. Dar, din păcate, pe http://www.mfa.gov.md/misiuni-ale-rm/ opțiunea „Misiuni diplomatice şi consulare ale Republicii Moldova” nu se deschide. Abia după ce cauți mai atent pe http://www.mfa.gov.md/misiunile-diplomatice-oficiile-consulare/ găsești informația necesară.
Dincolo de aceste toate detalii mă întreb dacă cei plecați peste hotare au timp, răbdare, dar și cunoștințele necesare pentru a se informa de pe net? Nu știu. Cert este că prea puțin s-a lucrat cu diaspora de vreme ce apar asemenea neclarități. Oricum, rezultatul nu va întârzia să apară. Îl vom vedea duminică, pe 28 noiembrie.
Așadar, pentru toată lumea: găsiți mai jos adresele misiunilor diplomatice ale RM unde puteți vota. Alte sugestii și comentarii le aștept pe forum.
