De ce nu vine PayPal in Moldova?

Conversatia mea cu PayPal:

How come, despite the fact of billions of $ money transfer sums across the globe, Republic of Moldova is not listed in the country list?
It is very frustrating that such a demanding market as here in Republic of Moldova is not capable of using PayPal services. Also I think it is a quite a loss of revenue for PayPal itself, since the international money transfer between Republic of Moldova and other countries is estimated to 1,8 billions USD /y. And of course there are big demands for e-bay services, since the import prevails over export (there will be many purchases from ebay for sure). Thank you for your attention, and hoping for an official way to do business with your help soon.
